Known. A marble statue of Asklepios, the Greek god of healing, was found at a city gate.

The statue is at Aspendos, in southern Turkey. It dates to the late second century AD, about 1,800 years ago. It lay in the fallen north wing of the Monumental Gate, where the East Plaza opens onto Theatre Street. Asklepios stands about 2.2 metres tall, with a beard and a cloak over one shoulder. A small hooded figure, his son Telesphoros, stands at his feet.
